T-Mobile G2 update enables tethering and Wi-Fi calling

T-Mobile G2 uses might want to keep an eye on their handsets for an OTA update from T-Mobile.  There have been a few scattered reports that a new build is slowly being rolled out to the G2 which enables Wi-Fi calling, tethering, and a few fixes as well.  Reading through the forum thread on XDA-Developers, it looks like only a very small group of people have actually received the update and it may turn out that this is only an initial test rollout.  Either way, we’re pretty excited to see T-Mobile working hard to give G2 new features.

If you of you have received the update, be sure to let us know in the comments.
