Verizon has started pushing out the latest OTA update for the DROID Incredible.  The update mainly includes bug fixes, though Verizon is including their new VCAST Apps store.  Downloading an installing the 17.7 MB file should take less than 20 minutes (if nothing goes wrong).  If you’re not sure what to do once the update…
