Spec showdown: Pixel and Pixel XL versus the HTC 10

The Pixel and Pixel XL are HTC-built phones, but the two new devices are technically competitors to the HTC 10. The HTC 10 is a lot closer in size to the Pixel, but it settles in quite nicely right between the two phones. The phone’s 5.2-inch display has the same QHD resolution as the Pixel XL and its 3,000 mAh battery is noticeably larger than the 2,770 mAh cell inside the Pixel.

While all three phones have 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, the Pixel and Pixel XL have the upper hand when it comes to processing power. Their Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chips offer a 10% performance increase over the Snapdragon 820 that’s inside the HTC 10 while reducing power consumption. The two Pixel phones also have higher resolution front-facing cameras than the HTC 10, but HTC’s flagship does have the advantage since its front-facing camera is equipped with optical image stabilization.

Take a look at the specs below to see which phone is right for you.
