HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle specs, design details revealed

We’ve known that HTC is working on an HTC Desire 10 smartphone for some time now, but new information from Evan Blass indicates that there will be two Desire 10 phones – the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle and the HTC Desire 10 Pro.

The HTC Desire 10 is likely the lesser-equipped of the two, said to feature a 5.5-inch 720p display, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and two separate configurations featuring 3GB of RAM with 32GB of storage or 2GB of RAM with 16GB of storage. The Desire 10 Lifestyle’s main camera will be equipped with a 13-megapixel backside-illuminated (BSI) sensor and a single LED flash. As for the front-facing camera, it will sport a 5-megapixel BSI sensor.

The phone is said to feature Boomsound Hi-Fi Edition (that’s the same terminology used for the HTC 10’s audio setup) speakers and 24-bit audio. The Desire 10 Lifestyle is also said to ship with “higher quality earbuds,” likely the same ones included with the HTC 10.

The design of the phone will feature metallic gold trim around the camera elements, antenna lines and edges of the phone. Blass has not specifically mentioned the build material for the phone, the inclusion of antenna lines implies that the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle will feature a unibody aluminium shell.
