Right now either you’re eyeing on the HTC 10 or waiting for your orders to arrive. I mean, come on, folks are drooling over it and anticipating it (while some people will not admit it publicly). 😉

Worry not, our HTC 10 has arrived and you’ll be treated with its comprehensive review pretty soon but till then, here are 10 Facts you probably didn’t know about HTC 10!

  1. HTC 10 has dedicated amplifiers for both speakers and the 3.5mm audio jack. A total of 3 amplifiers! The 24bit hi-res audio DAC ensures you get eargasmic audio quality.
  2. The Laser Auto Focus system in 10 has a max distance 1.5m, which is 2x better than 1st generation system.
  3. It’s the first Android Smartphone to support Apple AirPlay Out of the Box.
  4. HTC 10 Lifestyle (powered by Snapdragon 652) has 3GB DDR3 RAM unlike 4GB DDR4 on 10 (powered by Snapdragon 820).
  5. It is water and dust resistant; IP53 rating (better than M8 which had IPX3). In comparison to M8, 10 has additional dust resistance.
  6. HTC 10 has expandable storage, via micro SD cards, which supports Adaptive storage (no other flagship has it this year).
  7. The screen is 50% more responsive than HTC One M9.
  8. Do you wonder why its buttons feel SO good? The Power button and volume rocker are made up of metal. Delivering satisfying clicks, every time!
  9. The fingerprint scanner has 360° recognition, i.e. you can touch a recorded finger at any orientation to turn on the screen or unlock the HTC 10.
  10. Both, front and rear cameras have f/1.8 aperture and OIS, a world’s first in smartphone camera department which ensures bokelicious photos and shake-free videos!

    How is the display quality compared to the a9? Concerning white balance? Any light bleed? Compared to the lg G5 if you’ve seen one?

    1. you have manual control of white balance so no worries. I had a9 and now i have 10 and I prefer screen on 10, but this is just my preference.
