HTC Re app gets a minor update

Yesterday afternoon/evening, HTC released another update to one of its apps in the Google Play store, the HTC Re app. Apparently, the Re app has been holding steady since the last update in July except for one bug that has been fixed as of yesterday. The specifics of the bug were not identified, but we all know that a bug fixed is a bug that can’t surprise us later.

I have two HTC Re Cameras and after I updated the app I double checked my hardware to see if a firmware update was also necessary and my cameras were already on the current version. If you didn’t get the update in July or are unsure you should open the app and sync to your camera, then go to Advanced settings and Check for updates to make sure your camera has the latest firmware. The firmware update was 6.73 MB and provided a system enhancement. HTC Re no updates
