Verizon and T-Mobile HTC One M9 owners were most likely a little bummed to hear that AT&T customers will be getting the Android 5.1 update before they do, but we do have a bit of good news to share. After announcing that the AT&T One M9 will get getting its update tomorrow, Mo Versi also revealed (in a Twitter reply) that the software updates for the T-Mobile and Verizon HTC One M9s is “on track for 7/20.”
While we’re excited to hear that most US variant s of the One M9 should be updated to Android 5.1 by this time next week, we’ll be waiting patiently for Mo Versi’s usual technical acceptance Tweet before we jump for joy.
