HTC One M9+ showcased in three new videos

HTC isn’t planning to release the HTC One M9+ in Europe or North America, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy three new videos of the phone which highlights the phone’s BoomSound speakers, aluminum design and HTC’s quality control process.

There’s really nothing new about the HTC One M9+ that’s revealed in the videos, but they do offer a better look at the work that went into producing the new phone. Like many of you, we are disappointed that HTC chose to limit the features on the HTC One M9 while releasing the HTC One M9+ and locking it down to specific Asian markets. The HTC One M9+ isn’t as appealing as the One M9 due to its increased size, but HTC could have easily included the fingerprint scanner and QHD display on the HTC One M9 and delivered a flagship phone with specs that compete with the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the LG G3.

Hopefully HTC will think long and hard about what they need to do with the HTC One M10 in an effort to regain the trust of HTC fans across the globe and give general consumers a reason to consider HTC smartphones again.

  1. “The HTC One M9+ isn’t as appealing as the One M9 due to its increased size”

Really? Why? That’s actually what I find appealing. A larger screen.

“but HTC could have easily included the fingerprint scanner and QHD display on the HTC One M9”

Could they? Do you have insights into the design and production process of these two models?

Sounds like opinion being presented as fact.

  2. QHD is not needed, they better invest in implementing a better camera with good low light imaging, high resolution and 4k video with no exposure problems.

  3. I don’t like this mobile. Not only its design also its features like camera , battery backup and others. This is not just the best mobile in India as compared to others mobile deals in India.
