New HTC Desire 8 image reveals a gorgeous mid-range phablet
With all the recent HTC M8 leaks, you’re probably wondering what HTC has planned for the its mid-rang 2014 lineup. Enter the HTC Desire 8. A leaked image and accompanying specs give us an indication that HTC will not be messing around this year. The HTC Desire 8 is said to feature a 5.5-inch display, 13 megapixel main camera, 5 megapixel front-facing camera and dual-SIM support, wrapped in a plastic body with BoomSound stereo speakers. The handset is also missing the typical capacitive control buttons below the display, matching the rumor that all of HTC’s 2014 Android phone would feature on-screen buttons. The March 18th date and Beijing location below the clock on the HTC Desire 8 may revealed when and where the phone may be unveiled.
The image of the HTC Desire 8 is significantly different from the mysterious and colorful HTC Desire images we saw a few weeks back, so it’s looking more and more obvious that HTC will be revitalizing the Desire brand in 2014.
From what we’ve seen for far, would you be willing to buy a 2014 mid-range HTC Desire phone or will you be sticking with HTC’s flagship lineup?
