The FCC certifies the HTC PM33100, Facebook phone could be headed to AT&T with full LTE support

Facebook may deny that they are working on a phone, but that doesn’t change the fact that the HTC PM33100 has just been approved for use in North America  by the FCC. Over the past few months, the HTC PM33100 has also been referred to as the HTC Myst, a device which is said to feature unique Facebook functionality. The HTC PM33100 documentation does not reveal much about the phone’s specs, but they do show that the phone is equipped with AT&T’s LTE bands, Bluetooth 4.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi.

Previous rumors indicate that the HTC PM33100 will be running on Android 4.1.2 with a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8960 processor, 4.3-inch 720p display, a 5 megapixel rear camera. As we’ve mentioned before, we’re not exactly sure how the public would react to a Facebook phone, but things could turn out OK if the device is actually backed by Facebook.
