Cricket’s HTC One SV now available for $369

Cricket customers have always been on the cutting edge of cheap service plans, but they’ve never really had a good smartphone option, until today. The dual-core powered HTC One SV is now available from Crickets for $369. While the price tag may see ma bit steep when compared to other smartphone offering on other carriers, the $369 price of the HTC One SV is contract-free, which means you won’t be stick with any of those pesky termination fees if you decide that Cricket is not the right carrier for you.

Specs on the One SV include a 4.3-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm S4 processor, 1Gb of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and a removable 1,800 mAh battery. The 5 megapixel main camera features F2.0 aperture and 28mm lens HTC ImageChip and a BSI sensor while the 1.6 megapixel front-facing camera features F2.0 aperture.

While the HTC One SV can’t compete with the HTC One X or HTC One S in the specs department, it’s one of the most striking devices we’ve seen in a while from HTC.

Update: If you plan on buying the HTC One SV from Cricket’s website, the price of the phone is only $330. It’s not a huge discount, buy that extra $40 in your pocket is enough to cover most of your first month’s bill.
