Instagram for Android updated to work with HTC One X

It’s not often that we write about applications, but we though a few of you would be interested to hear that Instagram has been updated to work with the HTC One X.  Instagram for Android launched about a week ago, bringing the popular picture editing and sharing application (which was exclusive to iOS for quite some time) to hundreds of millions of Android users. Since the application launched, Instagram developers have pushed out a few updates which allow it to work with tablets and have squashed quite a few bugs.

If you have not tried Instagram yet, we definitely recommend you give it a try. The application allows you to take pictures, add filters to enhance the image and them share them within the Instragram application with your friends or post the images to Twitter of Facebook.

Have you tried Instagram yet on your HTC phone? What do you like about the application?

Not sure whether I want to download this.. I do not like all my photos are automaticly saved, plus the stock camera has quite some nice enhancements and filters too.

    • The beauty of Instagram is that you can still use any camera application you want and then use Instagram to share the image. I’m not a huge fan of all their filters, but the community that uses the application is very interactive with commenting on pictures – a lot more than what you would typically get with just sharing them on Facebook or Twitter.
