Entry-level HTC Golf picture and specifications

Move over HTC One V, the new entry level in HTC’s lineup is the new HTC Golf. We’ve heard about the HTC Golf several times now, but today we’re getting our first look at the phone and more details about its specifications. Though the HTC Gold is not part of the HTC One series (it’s expected to launch as the HTC Wildfire C) it would be easy to mistake the Golf as a miniature HTC One X.

Unfortunately, the design is one of the few similarities the HTC Golf and HTC One X have in common. The HTC Golf is said to be running on Android 4.0, skinned with HTC Sense 4.0 like all of HTC’s newest devices. When it comes to specs, the HTC Golf features a 3.5-inch, 480 x 320 pixel display, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage onboard, microSD card slot, 5 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 3.0 and 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and an unknown processor. The HTC Golf may be an entry-level device, but we’re hoping that it will feature a more powerful processor than the 600 MHz chip inside last year’s HTC Wildfire S.

Pricing details are still missing, but we’re expecting HTC to offer the Golf for $50-$100 less than the $350 price they are currently asking for the HTC One V. How much do you think consumers would be willing to pay for the HTC Golf?
