HTC Endeavor RUU reveals NFC support, HTC Sense 4.0 skins and wallpapers

HTC Endeavor RUU reveals NFC support, HTC Sense 4.0 skins and wallpapers

The very first HTC Endeavor RUU has leaked, finally giving us an official look at the handset’s specs, images of HTC Sense 4.0 and a full collection of HTC Sense 4.0 wallpapers. The hard working people at XDA-Developers managed to extract the build.prop file from the RUU which confirmed many of the handsets specs which have only been rumors up until this point.

HTC Endeavor Specs

According to the build.prop file the HTC Endeavor will feature a Tegra chip, 4.7-inch 720p display, 8 megapixel rear camera, 1.3 megapixel front camera, NCF, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi a/b/g/n 900,1800,1900,850 MHz bands (compatible with European and AT&T 3G networks), HTC Sense 4.0, Android 4.0, DropBox and SkyDrive integration.

As we suspected, the HTC Endeavor is also confirmed to the an HTC Europe device which means we will probably see the phone marketed under a different name once it’s announced for the US market.  But let’s get down to the good stuff.

The gallery below features images from the various HTC Skins and wallpapers which come preloaded with HTC Sense 4.0. The wallpaper collection isn’t too exciting, but we are glad to see HTC moving away from the wallpapers they have been using and giving consumers a new collection of images.

Let us know what you think of the new UI and images below. We’ve uploaded all the wallpapers at full resolution just in case you wanted to grab a few to use on your current HTC phone.

  1. Interesting about skydrive integration. Surprised Microsoft would allow this. This is probably why Dropbox are giving away 25GB storage with HTC phones, in order to be comparable.

I think you should add some plugin for images viewing so I don’t have to press back or open new tab for every image I click

other than that… Waiting for it!

    • Hmm.. try restarting your browser. We have a Lighbox plugin installed which is working fine for me.
