Sprint Adds EVO 4G and EVO View 4G to ‘End of Life’ list

sprit_eol_list

The newly-updated Sprint ‘Expected Upcoming EOL’ list now includes two HTC EVO family devices that will be phased out in the near future.  The EVO 4G and the EVO View 4G have been added to Sprint’s latest list of devices nearing end-of-life.  The EVO 4G is tentatively scheduled to reach this milestone this week with the EVO View 4G following suit next week.

The HTC EVO 4G has been on the list twice previously, but this is the first time Sprint’s version of the HTC Flyer has appeared.  The image above states the dates are subject to change and since the EVO 4G is no stranger to this list, we expect the dates will change again.  It is possible that the EVO 4G and EVO View 4G will still be here in a couple months.  However, if you are considering a purchasing either of these devices, I would advise buying one now before Sprint’s stock is depleted.
