HTC Jetstream gets permanent root access and the CWM Recovery

HTC Jetstream gets permanent root access and the CWM Recovery

Thanks to DooMLoRD, the HTC Jetstream from AT&T has finally received a permanent root solution which should kick start things for the community over at XDA-Developers. The Jetstream, HTC’s second attempt at an Android tablet, has been on the market since early September. We’re not sure how many people have actually bit the bullet and paid the $600 on-contract price for the HTC Jetstream, but we can probably guess that those who are looking to customize their tablet with new ROMs or other tweaks will be thrilled at the news.

As always, we’d like to remind you that rooting your HTC Jetstream or any other HTC device could void your warranty or cause irreparable damage to your device. Process with caution and enjoy!
