October 20 For The HTC Vigor!

Another of those fabled devices from HTC that have been tantalising us for a while is the Vigor. Supposed to have a 4.3-inch 720p HD screen (1280×720 resolution) display, 8 megapixel camera, 3 megapixel front-facing camera, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, and a 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Previous images of the phone suggest it will be similar in form factor to the HTC Droid Incredible S, there’s also a hint that it may be deemed the Thunderbolt 2, or the Incredible HD. Leaked images seem to confirm the form factor, and the name has been attached to some internal documents from Radio Shack in the US giving us date to consider as well.

Yes we have heard about the Vigor a lot, and finally there may be some light at the end of the tunnel. A leaked document from Radio Shack suggests that the Vigor [still sporting it’s code name?] could be released on October 20. Mr Blurry cam has been hard at work again and the road map info from Radio Shack is not going to go in your Christmas album, but there’s enough info there to let you know this phones a coming.

Definitely says Vigor down there at the bottom. While the Vigor has still not been officially unveiled by HTC, expect it to come soon, there has to be a full stop to this speculation, to give HTC’s next generation power up of smartphones some credibility. The jump to 1.5 GHz dual core processors needs a definite start point, will it be the Vigor or the Sensation XE, HTC seem to be competing with themselves at the moment.
