Is the HTC Shooter the HTC Pyramid?

This is just a rumour for the moment, but some documentation from the GLBenchmark site, has outed an as of yet unseen HTC device, the HTC Shooter. Shooter could just be a misleading code name for the moment, but a screen resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, combined with a Qualcomm Adreno 220 graphics chip rings a few bells.

The Adreno chip is commonly paired with a dual-core processor, and considering we can see that the device will be sporting Android 2.3.2, You’d expect this to be a high end phone, and a post by Nick yesterday might give a few clues as to what this phone may be when it comes to market.

The details indicate that the HTC Pyramid will feature a 4.3-inch 960 x 540 resolution Super LDC display, a 1.2 GHz processor (most likely a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon), 768 MB of RAM, a front-facing 1.3 megapixel camera for video calling, and a rear-facing 8 megapixel shooter with auto-focus and LED flash

Hopefully we’ll get the goods on the Shooter when CTIA rolls around next week!
