HTC HD7 now available from T-Mobile USA

The HTC HD7 is now available from T-Mobile USA.   Those of you who are willing to give Microsoft a second chance and try their new Windows Phone 7 OS will need to pony up $199.99 for the HTC HD7 with a new two year contract (after a mail-in rebate) or you can simply pick it up without a contract for $499.99 if you are among the many taking advantage of T-Mobile’s Even More Plus rates.

T-Mobile has been on a roll with their Android releases lately, but we’re pretty confident that the HTC HD7 will do an adequate job of showcasing WP7.  The HTC HD7 features a 4.3 inch 480 x 800 WVGA display, 1GHz processor, 512 MB of ROM, 576 MB of RAM, 5 megapixel camera with support for 720p video recording, 1230 mAh battery, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, Wi-Fi, Dolby Mobile, and support for Microsoft’s Zune service.

We know that most of you have jumped on the Android boat and have no intentions of looking back, but we’d definitely encourage all of you to at least play around with the new HTC HD7 before writing Windows Phone 7 off.  Who knows, you might be pleasantly surprised.
