I hasn’t been too long since we first heard rumors that HTC was working on a new device that would offer a screen display with resolution that had never before been seen on a smartphone. The Touch HD has finally gotten a release date for the European market. November 6 has been set in stone as the day you can get your hands on the HTC Touch HD and really see if is will give the iPhone 3G a run for its money. For those of us in the U.S. and other markets, we will have to turn to our favorite online gadget importer. Currently, online prices at most shops is right around the $999 mark, but there are a few lesser known outlets that seem to think a $799 price point will hit the spot.
